• The position requires exercise of diligence, honesty, integrity and loyalty to the company throughout the period of employment.
• Responsible and accountable for any losses that the company may sustain as a result of negligence and/or bad job performance.
• The job title holder is required to abide by the policies, regulations and operating procedures that the company shall from time to time put in place for effective and efficient performance of its operations.
• To assist the Administration & HR Manager in executing the HR functions of the Department.
• Support and liaise with Departmental and Sectional Heads to facilitate performance management for the staff.
• Would be required to prepare employees’ letters of appointment, confirmation, transfer, promotion and termination.
• To assist in the preparation of monthly reports of the Administration & HR Department.
• To support work colleagues in the continuous update of employee information into the SAGE X3 system.
• To perform any other duties assigned by the Administration & HR Manager and the Managing Director as and when the situation demands.
